About

Who’s behind the program?

Moonshot is made possible by a group of local business leaders led by Joe & Jessi Baker. It’s important to them that students are given a chance to experience profound growth and lasting change through supportive and safe environments. They believe that meaningful exploration, whether it be hiking the Smokies,  traveling to the wilderness, or meeting with professionals and government leaders, stretches students’ self-awareness and ultimately improves their relationships, future careers, and communities.
